*A family room is located next to the altar. It can be entered before mass from the altar or, from outside stairs on the southwest side of the church.

Lifetime Service Award
- Please complete nominations for the Lifetime Service Award (forms are located in each pew) and turn in at mass in the basket at the church or contact the office.

Donut Sunday is back to the first Sunday of the month, December 1st. See you there after 9 a.m. mass!

Announcements: if you have announcements of births, sacraments or special events to share or celebrate, please contact Deb Benjamin at the parish office 217-283-6211 to be included in the bulletin and on the website.

News Highlights:

Thanksgiving Mass on 28 November at 9:00 am.

Donut Sunday Dec. 1st after the 9 am mass.

On Sunday Dec. 8th, we will have Our Lady of Guadalupe celebration after the 11 am. mass. A traditional Spanish meal will be served at the parish hall. All are welcome to attend

December 12th at 7 am in the church will be a celebration of Our Lady of Guadalupe with traditional Spanish songs and the Rosary. Afterwards there will be a light breakfast served at the parish hall. All are welcome to attend!

The Special Events Committee will host the annual St. Anthony Christmas Party on Dec. 14th after the Saturday 5 pm mass. All are welcome at no cost. Food, games, fun and fellowship are included. There will be one door prize included. Gift baskets will also be raffled for a small fee.

The Book of the Dead is placed on the podium at the left of the altar. Please feel free to enter the names of your loved ones in the book before Dec. 1, 2024.

New altar server albs have been ordered to replace some of the older albs (40 years old!). If you would like to donate for this purpose, please contact the office or place your donation in an envelope in the collection basket and write “alb” on the envelope. No donation is too small! Thank you in advance!

Giving Tree- December 1-15 St. Vincent de Paul will have a giving tree at the back of the church. Please bring in toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, toilet paper, and individual hygiene items to place in a box. Donations will be taken to Grant Township and Hoopeston Community Center.
