  • Today is The first Sunday of  Advent.  Following the petitions, Father Ignatius will bless the Advent Wreath and the first Purple Candle, The Prophet candle of Hope will be lit.

  • Please pray for all St. Anthony’s friends and family members who are ill or deceased. This week we especially want to pray for Nick Fonte ,Margaret Feller, John Lukas, Pat and Jerry Northam, Loretta Alt, Jim Benjamin, and Glenna Diskin.  If you have a friend or family member that you would like us to pray for during mass, please contact Debbie in the office or Linda Sheppard.

  • During Advent on Tuesday evenings,  we will have a Candlelight Holy Hour.  Our  first Candlelight Holy Hour will be this Tuesday, December 3 from 6:30-7:30.  This is a perfect opportunity to take time out of the busy Christmas season to devote 15 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour for prayer and reflection.  Adoration on Thursdays will also continue during Advent.

  •  Faith Formation, Adult Bible Study and  OCIA classes will resume Wednesday evening.

  • Next Sunday, December 8, The Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe will be celebrated at the 11AM Mass. Please join us for this special Mass and a celebration meal following Mass.

  • Albs for Altar Servers and Father Ignatius have been ordered.  If you would like to purchase an alb or make a donation towards a purchase, you may contact Debbie in the office or drop a donation in an envelope marked, “Albs” into the basket. Thanks so much.

  • Our giving tree and box for Hygiene products for the homeless can be found in the back of the church. Your donations are greatly appreciated.

  • Envelopes for a collection for the Catholic Campaign for Human Development are found in your pews. Thank you for your generosity.
