Trustees and Parish Council

After many years of service, Bill Goodwine has resigned as trustee of St. Anthony’s .Bill has been especially helpful to Father Ignatius this past year during the transition following Father Tom’s service.   Thank you, Bill, for your dedication and service to our church!

Father Ignatius has recommended 2 individuals for our new trustees.  Once they have been approved by Bishop Tylka, their names will be announced.  

The trustees role is to serve on a finance council as advisors to the pastor or parish administrator on all financial matters. Jim Bowers and Bill Goodwine will also serve on the finance council.

A new parish council was formed last week and met on Sunday evening. The following parishioners have graciously agreed to serve on the parish council: Jim Bowers, Kim Burch, Tom Kasalis, Eric Layden, Amanda Martinez, Linda Sheppard, Brandon Smith, Mary Beth Taylor and Nora Wise.  Eric Layden was elected as president and Brandon Smith as vice president.  A secretary will be assigned at a later date. The council will meet monthly. The next council meeting is Thursday, August 24 at 6PM.
