Saint Anthony Parish Mardi Gras

After a one-year hiatus, the Saint Anthony Parrish Mardi Gras dinner was a huge success!

This event, hosted by the Catholic Heart Work Camp Ministry, featured authentic Louisiana cuisine, including chicory coffee and Jambalaya!  New Orleans jazz music was playing softly in the background and the entire Parrish hall was beautifully decorated with a Mardi Gras theme.  Our servers were high school students, all part of the Catholic Heart Work Camp Ministry.  They were pleasant, VERY helpful and made the entire dinner experience extra fun.
